Question 1

How long does the scent last on skin?

Accepted Answer

Under excellent conditions (moisturized skin, moderate climate, proper application), our perfumes last more than 10 hours with excellent sillage. However, under rough conditions (dry skin, hot/humid weather, heavy physical activity), longevity may vary from 6-9 hours. Factors like skin type, climate, and application technique significantly impact performance.

Question 2

What is the concentration of your perfumes?

Accepted Answer

Our perfumes use a premium 40% oil concentration, with 19-20ml of pure fragrance oil in each 50ml bottle. This high concentration ensures rich, long-lasting scent projection and excellent performance, comparable to luxury eau de parfum standards.

Question 3

Are your perfumes authentic or dupes?

Accepted Answer

Zar'aen offers high-quality fragrances that capture the essence of popular scents. While not exact duplicates, our 'impressions' provide similar scent profiles at a more accessible price point, using premium ingredients and expert formulations.

Question 4

How should I apply perfume for best results?

Accepted Answer

Apply to pulse points (wrists, neck, behind ears) after showering on clean, moisturized skin. For longer wear, apply to inner elbows and knees. Avoid rubbing - let it dry naturally for 5-10 minutes.

Question 5

Do you offer perfume samples or testers?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer affordable tester versions of all our fragrances. These are the same high-quality formulations in travel-friendly packaging, perfect for trying before committing to a full bottle.

Question 6

How do I choose the right fragrance for me?

Accepted Answer

Consider your personality, occasion, and preferred scent family. Woody/spicy scents work for professional settings, florals for daytime elegance, and orientals for evening sophistication. Check our detailed notes and descriptions for guidance.

Question 7

How should I store my perfume?

Accepted Answer

Store upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Keep the cap tightly closed to preserve the scent. Avoid storing in bathroom cabinets due to moisture and temperature fluctuations.

Question 8

Can I return or exchange a perfume if I don't like the scent?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused perfumes in original packaging. For opened bottles, we recommend trying our testers first. Contact our customer service for assistance with exchanges.

Question 9

Are your perfumes suitable for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Most of our fragrances are formulated with skin-safe ingredients, but individual sensitivities vary. We recommend patch testing and consulting with a dermatologist if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

Question 10

How do I determine my size?

Accepted Answer

We provide a detailed size guide for each product. You can also contact our customer service team for personalized sizing assistance.
