By accessing zaraen.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to product availability. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is out of stock or if pricing is listed in error. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, Easypaisa, and bank transfer. For online transfers, your order ships after payment confirmation (screenshot upload or bank reference).
Shipping & delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Shipping is Rs.250 for both cash on delivery and online payment (no extra COD fee) and free on orders over Rs.5,000. Delivery timelines depend on your city and courier conditions.
Returns & exchanges
Unopened products in original packaging may be requested for exchange within our standard window after delivery. Contact support with your order number before returning any item. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Product descriptions
Impression fragrances are original Zar’aen compositions inspired by famous scents — they are not manufactured by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the brands they resemble.
Intellectual property
All site content, photography, and branding are owned by Zar’aen or used with permission. You may not reproduce them without written consent.
